Star actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has been
nominated for the Actress of the Year award, at the Exquisite Lady of the Year
(ELOY) Awards. She got the nomination for her role in Ties That Bind. Also
nominated for the same award are Ini Edo (I’ll Take My Chances), Funke Akindele
(MAAMi), and Nse Ikpe-Etim (Mr. & Mrs.).
In the Producer of the Year category, 6 producers
have been nomineted. They are Emem Isong (I’ll Take My Chances), Blessing Egbe
(Two Brides & A Baby), Chineze Xandria-Anyaene (Ije), Chinwe Egwuagu (Mr
& Mrs), Funke Akindele-Oloyede (The Return of Jenifa), and Uche Jombo (Damage).
The ELOY Awards comes up on November 25 at Porsche
Showroom Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos with the theme Diamond and Pearls.
