The Federal Government of Nigeria has once again
suspended the operating license of Dana Air, barely three months after they
were allowed to fly again following the June 2012 crash that killed over 150
people.
According to the directive from the Ministry of
Aviation through the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, on Saturday,
March 16, 2013, Dana Air was instructed to suspend all their flight operations
until some safety issues were rectified by the airline.
A Dana Air
representative told newsmen yesterday that no specific reason was given to them
by Aviation ministry for the action.
