Lagos 3rd Mainland Bridge re-open today Tuesday
October 30, 2012 that is one week ahead of the estimated date November 6, 2012.
The longest bridge in West Africa, which connects Lagos Island to the mainland,
was partly shut in early July to allow for renovation.
