592 flying from Doha to Lagos made an emergency landing today at Murtala Mohammed
International Airport, Lagos. The pilots called Nigeria Aeronautics in Lagos when
they discovered that one of the tyres had low pressure in midair making landing
difficult. As a result, they arranged for emergency precaution and a vehicle to
tow the plane from the runway to the gate.
More than 95% of the passengers didn’t even know about it until the plane landed and they saw firefighters and emergency team round the whole place. They were even surprised when they got to know they had issues in midair.
